2. Personal Data We Collect Upon Opt-In

We collect personal details (such as your full name, work email, phone number, company name, and preferred contact method) strictly when you voluntarily submit a contact request or ask for your personalised implementation roadmap via email or WhatsApp.

4. Data Retention & Right to Erasure

Assessment sessions left abandoned without contact details are automatically purged after 90 days.
